Here's the thing about relationships:
They don't fail because people are bad at them. They fail because nobody's on the same page about what "good" even looks like.

I figured this out the hard way—years into a decorated corporate career, watching brilliant teams implode over unspoken expectations. Once I saw it, I couldn't unsee it. Expectations are the invisible architecture of every relationship: customers, employees, partners, even your teenager (trust me, I've got stories).

So I became obsessed. I studied the conversations that create clarity. The technologies that help us align. The frameworks that actually work when Monday morning hits.

Now? I write books, deliver keynotes that don't put people to sleep, and run workshops where your team actually participates (yes, even the quiet ones in the back). My sessions are equal parts insight, laughter, and practical tools you'll use immediately.

But here's the plot twist: I'm also a dad who's been co-creating children's stories for years—tales about kindness, courage, and figuring stuff out. Turns out, whether you're 8 or 48, we're all navigating expectations and relationships.

I hope my work brings you as much clarity and joy as it's brought me.

Let's connect.
